 Lake Texoma’s All-Women Fishing Tournament


Join 800+ women at Cedar Mills Marina & Resort for the biggest all-ladies striped bass tournament on Lake Texoma! With guided and non-guided divisions, prizes for 1st–5th place, and fun awards, it's a day full of fishing and fierce competition.

Proudly family-run for 8 years by Misty, Brian, and their crew — Breanna, Alycia, Allie, Jack, and Derek — this event is all about empowering women in the outdoors, building confidence, and making unforgettable memories on the water.

  • What is Southern Striper Babes?

    We are a women's outdoor and fishing company. We host amateur all-women fishing tournaments in Texas throughout the year.  Our goal is to provide an opportunity for women all over the country to get outdoors and go fishing!

  • Where is the tournament located?

    Our tournament is located at Cedar Mills Marina and Resort on Lake Texoma. You can find the address at the bottom of our website. 

  • When is the next tournament?

    Friday, June 12, 2026 is our kickoff event party, and Saturday, June 13, 2026 is tournament day!

  • Do I need a fishing license to participate?

    Yes. Every angler participating in the tournament must have a valid Lake Texoma fishing license. Note: this is separate from the Texas freshwater license. Texoma requires its own license. 

  • How do I register?

    Your team captain can click the registration tab on our website. This part of registration is only necessary for the team captain, but every member needs to sign the waiver. If you have any questions about the registration process, please contact us. 

  • How many anglers per team?

    Each team (guided or non-guided), will consist of 4 women. Each team may also have one driver of the boat and/or swamper. (This person can be male or female). No more than 6 people aboard at any time. 

  • What is the Registration Fee & Payment Methods?

    Registration Fee: $50 per team member/$200 per team.

  • Is there a refund on registration fees?

    While we would love to be able to offer refunds for registration fees, we are unable to do so due to our tournament having a prized-based award system. Your registration fee covers prizes bought for the winning places of the tournament as well as swag bucket gifts!
